Full Retreat – $599.00
Includes all sessions, lunch, networking happy hour and dinner on Monday, overnight accommodations, and Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday. Rate is only valid for members who renew for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Overnight lodging is separate and additional.
Full Retreat - Early Bird Rate Through 6/30/26 – $550.00

PA Presenters Partnership Rate – $550.00
Discounted retreat for members of PA Presenters. Includes all sessions, lunch, networking happy hour and dinner on Monday, overnight accommodations, and Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday. Rate is only for current members of Pennsylvania Presenters.
Tuesday Only – $250.00
Includes Tuesday sessions, breakfast and lunch. Rate is only valid for members who renew for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

Registration is now open for the 2026 ConsERT Summer Retreat, August 9–11 at the stunning Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center in Princeton, NJ.

The ConsERT Board has once again worked hard to deliver one of the best values in the industry. Enjoy gourmet meals, comfortable accommodations, and a beautiful campus featuring walking trails, woodlands, and relaxing outdoor spaces—all at an affordable price.

This year’s theme, Affordability and the Performing Arts, brings us together to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping our field. From navigating economic pressures on live performance and ticket sales to fighting ticket fraud, cultivating future audiences, and strengthening development efforts, our sessions will offer practical insights and meaningful conversation.

PRE EVENT
Come early for our Sunday pre-retreat gathering and enjoy dinner, swimming, biking, and casual conversation before the program officially begins. The additional $200 cost includes dinner, overnight accommodations and breakfast

EARLY BIRD PRICING
Early bird pricing is available for members that book the full retreat package by June 30th, 2026. Regular member pricing will continue subject to availability at the Chauncey.

LOCATION
Our Retreat will take place at the Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center in Princeton, NJ. It is surrounded by 370 acres of peaceful lakeside woodlands just minutes from historic Princeton. It offers a welcoming setting for meetings, weddings, special events, dining and leisure getaways. Chauncey features luxurious guest rooms, a conference and event space, indoor saltwater pool and state of the art fitness center, dining room, lobby bar and a helipad.

The Princeton area has a great deal to offer should you want to arrive early or extend your visit. Highlights include downtown Princeton, Hopewell Theater, McCarter Theater, Grounds for Sculpture, and much more.
